Moncton Web Hosting's Terms Of Service (TOS)

By using our services you agree to the following terms; if you do not agree you may not use our services. In the event that you presently have hosting with Moncton Web Hosting you must meet the Terms Of Service as set out on this page; violators will have account terminated without refund.

Article 1:

Moncton Web Hosting does not allow, under any circumstances, material such as pornography, racist propoganda, nudity, hate speech or any material deemed such as that mentioned or otherwise questionable. Moncton Web Hosting reserves the right to terminate any account which it deems questions; therefore, if you decide to post material which may violate our terms and conditions, please notify us of what you wish to use your account for prior to signing up. While we value free speech, we also uphold high standards of conduct for any present and potential clients.

Article 2:

No client shall use our hosting service as an online storage facility. While clients are encouraged to upload as many files as they like, files uploaded must be connected to their site hosted. Files uploaded for the sole purpose of online storage is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without warning or notice. Client will not be reinstated and website will be deleted. We do not tolerate service abuse.

Article 3:

Client is required to make payment to Moncton Web Hosting by either PayPal, money order, cheque or cash upon signup; we do not accept IOU's. Upon receiving payment in full, Moncton Web Hosting will at that time activate your account, which includes setting up your site (if you're using Site Builder), activating your domain name, etc.

Article 4:

Clients wishing to terminate domain hosting with Moncton Web Hosting will incur a Domain Transfer Fee of $40.00

Article 5:

Clients wishing to terminate service have the option of cancelling at no cost. If, however, client wishes to have entirety of website transferred to them at time of service cancellation client will be charged a total fee of $50.00 for website transfer.

Article 6:

Clients who purchase a custom site design package are required to provide site content to designer within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in account suspension. Site design can be a tedious task and while we make all efforts to accomodate clients by providing a planned website look, feel and funtionality, the content of site is of course the responsibility of the client and our goal is to complete all websites within 30 days. Failure to provider Moncton Web Hosting with site content within 30 days will result in account suspension. Reactivation of acocunt will incur a $20.00 penalty fee

Article 7:

Upon completion of website, any future site changes on a Custom Web Design Package needed will incur a charge of $10.00 per modification of content and $20.00 per new page.

Article 8:

Refunds are issued within 30 days of signup. Domain name purhcases are non-refundable.

Moncton Web Hosting provides a 30-day money back guarantee for new hosting account registrations, subject to the following terms and conditions: Non refundable Fees: Fees paid by Subscriber in connection with the purchase of SSL certificates, custom websites and domain names are non-refundable. Cancellations must be within the first 30 Days of Registration.
